The Gallatin County Fair Board meets the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are at:

Fair Board: The County Commissioners, as allowed by state statute, use an application process to appoint members of the community to serve on the Fair Board. Resolution 2011-072 was passed in August of 2011 increasing the number of members from seven to nine. These members serve two-year terms with one Commissioner serving as liaison. The members of this board are given the powers and authority to hold a successful annual agricultural Fair and other events as they see fit. They also have the authority to manage the Fairgrounds on a year-round basis. Gallatin County’s Fairgrounds Manager is Sue Shockley.
Fair Board Mission Statement Adopted May 19, 2009 "To provide an enjoyable, safe, year-round, multi-use public facilitiy emphasizing opportunities in entertainment, education, agriculture, and recreation that enhances partnerships in building a stronger community."
