Week of May 5, 2008
May 7th the County Commissioners will meet in their Wednesday public meeting to discuss passage of a resolution establishing an interim zoning district, zoning regulation and zoning map in the County portion of the Belgrade Planning Jurisdiction and the area covered by the 4-Corners Community Plan that will regulate operations that mine sand and gravel or operations that mix concrete or batch asphalt. This is a hot ticket item for the County given recent decisions by district court judges regarding the permitting of pits in these areas by DEQ.
